Harvesting

The magnificent forest we have is 36 500 ha and situated near our woodworking enterprise. Sustainable forest management is our high priority that`s why we pay so much attention to it taking part in forest renewal and forest fire protection actions. We show the respect for the environment. Knowledge of the science of growing and harvesting trees let us assure the high quality of raw materials used later for wooden products.

Sawing

It`s no secret that the wood turns out beautifully as soon as it`s cut. Top quality machineries along with man-handling of timber make sure we can offer our customers only perfect sawn lumber. Each lumber has its unique appereance and depending on the cut can be used for one of the parquet planks to emphasize the beauty of the whole parquet appereance. In addition, on our timber procurement enterprise it`s possible to saw wood customized and typical sized. Lumber range includes logs, beams, slabwood, lining and much more.

Lumber drying

The correct final lumber moisture content is a key moment to become the end product of perfect quality. Technically advanced complex of drying machines consist of kilns and steaming apparatus "DeNARDI" with high quallity standards. The kilns "DeNARDI" guarantee wood stability and absence of wood casting and cracking. To monitor the process we use special controllers due to which is maintained the set balance of temperature and air in the kilns.

Decoration effects

Color laboratory is the space of sharing and imagination. In our laboratory are being matched colors taking into account the purchaser`s wish as well as are being worked out unique finishings for wooden surfaces. In addition, more than 10 types of decoration effects to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. To increase stability and lifetime of wooden products while finishing is always used UV hardening.
