Plank parquet and solid wood

Plank parquet and solid wood distinguish thenselves in perfect geometry. Otherwise there can be some difficulties while installing and exploitation process. To provide high quality installation and to save the perfect condition of parquet we pay special attention to its manufacturing.

Our factory is fully equipped with automatic machineries. The euipment complex comprises:

• milling machines,
• optimization cross-cut saw.

All machines are from worlwide leaders of original equipment manufacturers such as GEBR. SCHROEDER GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) and «GUBISH» (Germany); optimization cross-cut saw from ОMGA (Italy). 

Production volume

Annual output of strips and solid wood reaches 70 000 sqm. and even more.

Standard sizes of strip parquet are 420x70x15 (5 mm top layer). Moreover we make any end-product taking into account the purchaser`s wish and required dimensions. Lenght of solid wood ranges from 300 mm to 2200 mm, width can be 120, 130, 150 и 170 , thickness from 17 to 22 mm. Equipment settings give us the perfect opportunity to controll dimensional inaccuracies up to 0,01 mm.

Strips are usually covered with oil or lacqure on-site whereas the same operation with solid wood is done right on the factory. In our color laboratory are being matched required colors according to the purchaser`s order and are being worked out unique finishes for solid wood and other parquet products.
