Modern technologies

Own factory produces planks of high accuracy that joint each other ideally and create flooring that needs minimum sandpapering before applying lacquer. Special attention during the production of artistic elements is paid to accurate adjustment and fixing of each plank and inlay. During the production of massive board the attention is paid to selection of optimal proportions of the profile.

All artistic elements are checked in terms of adjustment at the factory before delivering to the site. This allows controlling products’ accuracy and quality and reduces requirements to the qualification of parquet layers in case parquet laying is made not by the company’s specialists.

During design-engineering wood species are chosen taking into consideration aesthetic and physical parameters (density, hardness, stability). The compositions are made in accordance with geometry, style and technical possibilities of the factory. The choice of parquet installation method is based on competent combination of installation technology and material properties.

Sanding machines

The company Art Parquet uses complex high-precision equipment from European manufacturers. Sanding machines of 3 types:

• belt sanding machine (e.g. «HUMMEL» by LÄGLER (Germany) – for preliminary treatment of parquet and plank flooring;

• flat-sanding machine (e.g. «TRIO» by LAGLER (Germany) – for thin sanding of prefinished flooring;

• disc machine (e.g. «ELAN» by LAGLER (Germany) – for flooring treatment in hard-to-reach places.
