Presidential Administration of Russia
Boyarsky Dvor is a five-storey building in Modern style, built in 1903 under the plan of architect Fyodor Schechtel. At first, this building hosted a great hotel, offices and shopping premises.
In Soviet times, the CPSU Central Committee was placed here. Nowadays, it`s an architectural monument of early 1900s and is a home for the Executive Office of the Russian President.

The renovation works we took part in, proceeded according to scedule and in strict conformity with the customer`s guidelines. Parquet installed on the 4th and 5th floors faced our high qualified team, which had done a great work to bring authentic beauty of parquet back.
The total area of restored parquet was 600 sqm. We had an aim to make the parquet a harmonious complement to boiserie and doors we produced and installed a little bit earlier. Operating 24 hours a day, parquet restoration took us 10 days.
