Performed work

«I'm sure that almost everyone in Moscow is acquainted with this unique house situated on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street.
When passing it, it is simply impossible to  miss its fairytale facades
in the Russian Revival style full of ceramic tiles…»
said Head of the Moscow Cultural Heritage Department Alexei Yemelyanov

In September 2020 complex restoration works were completed in the Lopatina House. The works lasted three years. All the premises and facades of the building reacquired their historical look. The works were under control of the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage.

The design of parquet flooring was recreated according to historical documents and pictures.

We had a task to produce and install oak parquet flooring in the whole house according to the presented project. Total square area was 1200 sqm.

Parquet flooring has a very interesting geometrical composition. Planks of different dimensions including also small ones make the flooring look exquisitely. To install such parquet patterns without gaps it is very important to have product of high quality directly from the factory. For these purposes we use modern European equipment.
