Novo-Ogaryovo
Built in the XIX century, "Novo-Ogaryovo" is the former estate of Prince S.A. Ogarev. Rebuilt in 1950 for the chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers G.M. Malenkov, since 1955 it has been used as a house for receptions of foreign government delegations and as a country house for receptions of the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee.
Since 2012, Novo-Ogaryovo has been the official residence of President of the Russian Federation V. Putin. In 2008, in accordance with the law “On guarantees to the President of the Russian Federation, who stopped exercising his powers, and members of his family”, V. Putin chose a residence for life-long use.
Completed works
In 2017, we completed the construction of parquet floors in the new representative building of the residence of President V.Putin “Novo-Ogarevo”. In the representative building, V.Putin holds working meetings, therefore there are negotiation rooms, a meeting room, a press center and work rooms in it.
The mansion consists of three three-storey buildings. Design projects and 3D visualizations were uniquely worked out for each room. For example, two floor design project.
Solid board, chosen for thi mansion, is currently considered the undisputed leader among the wooden materials for flooring. Modern technologies of finishing processing keep natural paints and a noble pattern of wood throughout decades.
Solid board is made of oak, walnut, ash and bamboo. These wood species are distinguished by excellent texture and colors, which allows you to create compositions of amazing originality in the interior.
Most of the premises host oak solid board. As oak is hard, it will serve for centuries. Over time, oak wood will darken and acquire a more noble color. For each room was developed its own special type of finishing board, creating the most true harmony.
For the decoration of a number of premises was chosen a large sized solid board. No other floor covering revealing the noble nature of wood can match the spectacular appearance of such a board! The large sized board underlines the status of an interior and restraint of style, its monumentality and grandeur.
Finishing of the board was carried out strictly taking into account the wishes of the customer. In the coloristic laboratory, a lot of work has been done on the development of toning formulations.
Studying room
Oak tile 6-009 (890x890x20 mm) forms the basis of the floor composition. 20 mm thickness allows repeated restoration of the floor and extends its service life.
The color solution perfectly matches the color of the wall panels and chairs.
Dining room
In the dining room is laid walnut solid board. The large sized planks let you fully enjoy the beauty of the texture of wood. The floor is a bright accent that harmonizes in color with the wall decor inserts.
Meeting room
Tinted solid wood is in harmony with the color of the conference table, which occupies almost the entire room.
Press conference room
Bamboo solid parquet is installed in this room. This type of flooring is highly resistant to moisture. Due to the unusual motley pattern parquet bamboo enlivens the interior.
