Novo-Ogaryovo
Built in the XIX century, "Novo-Ogaryovo" is the former estate of Prince S.A. Ogarev. Rebuilt in 1950 for the chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers G.M. Malenkov, since 1955 it has been used as a house for receptions of foreign government delegations and as a country house for receptions of the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee.
Since 2012, Novo-Ogaryovo has been the official residence of President of the Russian Federation V. Putin. In 2008, in accordance with the law “On guarantees to the President of the Russian Federation, who stopped exercising his powers, and members of his family”, V. Putin chose a residence for life-long use.
Performed work
2020: repairment of parquet floor, 600 sqm;
2017: solid wood oak, 2700 sqm;
2009: parquet restoration.
Parquet flooring wears out and gets damaged over time and very often its colour stops matching the interior. Then the question arises about the parquet repair with the change of its colour. The final result depends on the quality of preparation of parquet flooring.
Our company has carried out the current repair of parquet flooring. Total area of flooring was 600 sqm, 140 sqm out of which were substituted. In all rooms parquet flooring was stained. The colour was chosen individually for every room in order to meet the customer's wishes.
Oil staining gives parquet flooring the right shades and also protects parquet flooring from moisture extending its life. One should bear in mind that when using oil restoration work will be required in 3-4 years.
It can be seen in the picture how the colour of parquet creates harmonious and balanced interior that ideally matches all the decorative elements and furniture.
