Club house
«Artisan» is a club DeLuxe house combining the look of historical mansion in the Empire style (columns of the Corinthian order, portico, stucco moulding, statuary) and modern city architecture (expensive floor-to-ceiling windows, clinker brick, quiet landscape garden).
There are 30 apartments in total in the club house. All the apartments are with different layout and designer finish. Natural materials such as marble, fumed grisard, solid oak, brass prevail in design. «Valartis Croup» managed to create new landmark of the old Moscow!
Performed work
It is the consequence of absolute honesty to the process and result»
Past and modernity intertwine in the interiors of the club house. Historical gloss and prestige are reflected in modern layout concept. The interior is also characterized by the combination of traditional and innovative materials (brass, valuable wood species, natural stone).
We have accomplished two types of work:
- Designed engineered board, apartments (110 sqm).
- Engineered chevron in halls of 5 storyes (220 sqm).
3D modelling of interiors was made for this project.
Sheremetev parquet is a classical parquet pattern invented practically 250 years ago and named after the famous noble Sheremetev family. They widely used this pattern for their mansions. Thanks to hexagon shape the patterm looks cubic and three-dimensional.
While implementing this project great attention was paid to the pattern layout in the premises. This requires high accuracy during parquet production and observance of a range of rules during installation.
Additional types of wood processing are used in modern interiors in order to make parquet flooring look unique. It is possible to create colour layout to any interior concept. In this particular project engineered board was decorated according to the client's wishes. The flooring emphasizes impeccability of the style and uniqueness of the interior, at the same time reminding about comfort and beauty of mansions.
The tile was toned in gradient colour that is considered one of the most trendy ideas. The tile was stained from the dark to the lignt tones. Such flooring create unique and expressive space with slight glimmer effect.
The popularity of gradient colouring is in the variety of used colours. Because of this it is easy to combine parquet planks with other elements of interior.
In flat and elevator halls we installed chevron toned according to the client's sample.
Special attention was paid to joint of parquet to steps' edges.
Parquet was produced and installed during less than 45 days.
