Crown Prince’s visit

On the 2nd of September Crown Prince Haakon of Norway and his spouse Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway visited the company Masis Design AS that is an official representative of Art Parquet in Norway.

Crown Prince Haakon of Norway is the heir apparent to the throne of Norway. He is the son of King Harald V of Norway and Queen Sonja of Norway.

The Kingdom of Norway is a Nordic country in Northern Europe occupying the western portion of the Scandinavian Peninsula, as well as many small adjoining islands. On the 6th of October 2009 Norway headed the list of the most developed and prosperous countries of the world.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon of Norway was presented a medallion with his monogram.

The designers of Art Parquet carried out a difficult job. They created a finished composition of Crown Prince’s initials and the crown. The medallion looks exquisite thanks to the expressive decorative background made of walnut, the tone of which is changing from beige to deep-brown. The effect of transfusive light is achieved due to change of colour in walnut fibers. The medallion is distinguished by the perfect sense of material and careful selection of wood with attention to its texture and colour.

During his visit Crown Prince was shown the manufacturability and the range of products of Art Parquet. HRH Crown Prince Haakon of Norway paid special attention to the panel that was exhibited at the 22nd international exhibition "The world of flooring" DOMOTEX HANNOVER 2010.
