The company accomplished reconstruction works in the Bolshoi hall of Moscow State Conservatory. Hall engineering was made according to historical sketches and photos made in 1901. The company had to fulfill an important task: new flooring should improve the hall’s acoustics. Acoustics depends on minute details, that is why all flooring materials were thoroughly selected.

Before the company there was a problem to collect and restore strongly damaged а mosques mihrab in village Of Kulle republics Tatarstans. A mihrab has strongly suffered at dismantle and its carrying over from other mosque. Details not subject to restoration have been replaced with the new.

Work of the Art Parquet was highly appreciated also the offer on the further cooperation: creation of parquets (design, manufacture and packing of parquets) in studies, the situational center, a hall of meetings, gallery of a building of the Government of Moscow (more than 700 sqm).

Works of creating mihrab by the company Art Parquet are coming to end. The design-project is based on canons of Islamic architecture.

The artists tried to reach expressive artistic sounding, to mark the Mihrab by laced ornaments, to add grandeur.

Art Parquet enjoyed the privilege of reconstruction the masterpiece of the Russian art of building: the Palace of Tsar Aleksey Mikhailovich (Apartments of Elizabeth Petrovna). Parquet flooring was restored according to archive documents provided by restorers and museum architects. The company’s artists chose wood species and dimensions for mosaic parquet, created design-project and 3-D project.

The parquet flooring appraisal showed that because of high foot traffic and absence of protective lacquer coating parquet flooring practically completely lost its aesthetic appearance and functionality. The wear layer was very thin, in some places there was no wear layer, later insertions of other wood species could be found.

On the threshold of No Ruz the company Art Parquet made a perfect gift to local citizens: it successfully accomplished parquet installation in the National Tea-house (Dangara’s cultural park). The total parquet area was 850 sqm.
