Do you remember when you were born you cried, while everyone was joyful?
Now live your life so that after you death everyone will cry and you will be joyful for your deeds.
Palace complex "Arbob Palace" is one of the achievements of architectural thought of XX century in Republic of Tajikistan. The palace was built by citizens of three settlements during 7 years under the guidance of S. Urunhojaev. There are about hundred of rooms and two hundred windows, dozens of chandeliers and columns, the unique interior design of ceilings and walls… Artistic works were performed by 4 of the best masters of the Republic in 4 years. Nowadays massive social and political events of national importance are held here.
By the end of 2012 complex was fully restored and, in addition to the Palace, the National Tea-house with 800 seats was built near it. The end of of the works is timed to anniversary events, devoted to XVI session of Supreme Council of Tajikistan. Yantarnaya Pryad – Parquet Group took part in the creation of parquet for three VIP halls and vestibules of National Tea-house, with total area 2 000m2.
One hall, designed for pleasant stay, is created in oriental style. There were no disputes while creation of parquet for this hall, considering huge experience of our specialists in this field. To maintain oriental style they used fabulous ornateness and saturated colours.
The other two VIP halls were designed in European style for business meetings and banquets. But the historically evolved interior decoration was made in oriental style. That is, our task was to combine smoothly European and oriental artistic traditions.
To express European style we emphasized main classic elements, such as soothing composition, symmetry, clarity and conciseness of details. To maintain oriental spirit together with calm features of European style we used traditional in Oriental culture bright colours. We add traditional oriental ornaments in the huge medallion with fine flower ornament made by all the canons of classics.
Tajik President’s residence

Movement, soul and eternity are basic components of the whole composition!
Tajik President’s residence
The company’s designers were creating this project under the influence of orient colours, folk traditions and decors of this sunny republic. Tajik culture is ancient, elastic, clear and bright. It reflects elegant and calm orient world outlook. It is perceived at the level of feelings. The richness of nature, its contrasts and beauty are reflected in folk art.
On the threshold of No Ruz, the holiday that represents the renewal, the growing power, future harvests and the start of a new life, the company Art Parquet has successfully accomplished parquet installation in the National Tea-house (Dangara’s cultural park). The total parquet area is 850 m2.
The National Tea-House is a cultural and entertainment centre, a place where people meet each other, talk, relax and communicate.
Opening ceremony of the National Tea-house (Dangara’s culture park) took place on March 19, 2010 in the presence of two presidents: president of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow and president of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon. The work of the company Art Parquet was highly appreciated. President of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon invited the administration and the parquet installers of the company to the opening ceremony of the National Tea-house.
The company’s designers created the project under the influence of national traditions and decors of this sunny republic and Oriental colours. Tajikistan culture is ancient, versatile, clear and bright. It reflects an elegant and peaceful Oriental world outlook. This culture is perceived at a level of feelings. In the art of this nation one can always find the reflections of the nature’s richness, its contrasts, beauty and magnificence of the flora.
The interior space of the Tea-house is based on the balanced arrangement of the decor on the walls. The decor was made manually by cabinetmakers (carved laced lattices) and artists (painting). Beauty and expressiveness, variety of decors, harmony of proportions and exceptional completeness of the decorative intention are worthy of amazement and admiration of masters. The flooring created by Art Parquet fits harmoniously the interior of the National Tea-house, completes this colourful and cheerful picture with its fancy decors and creates unforgettable impression of festivity.
Parquet ensemble presents elegant and laced decors with elaborate fineness. Vegetal decor is movable and very flexible: the elements are reproduced in original combination and rhythm according to each other. The colour of the parquet ensemble is very bright, clear and cheerful: traditional colours were used (beige, orange and yellow with black, purple with pink). The parquet ensemble is made of various wood species (wenge, padouk, maple, oak, amaranth, merbau, plane).
The parquet ensemble created by Art Parquet combines in itself the elegance of architecture, national traditions and decors of Tajikistan with palace magnificence.
Educational and Recreation Centre of the National Bank of Tajikistan
The bigger part of the floor is occupied with a huge medallion (diameter 7 m). The medallion is composed of geometric and floral elements. The decorative effect is strengthened thanks to the combination of "native" wood species (oak, maple, beech) with "exotic" wood species (padouk, olive tree, wenge, amaranth). Mosaic parquet consists includes 5 different wood species: merbau, maple, wenge, ash, beech. It is designed to emphasize the gorgeousness of the interior.
The company’s artists and designers reflected national motives and designs in an elegant artistic structure.
President’s Palace "Kohi Millat"
The building of new presidential palace "Kohi Millat" ("Palace of Nations"), dedicated to the founder of Tajick first centralized state – Ismail Somony, began in 2000 and finished in August 2008, just on the eve of SCO (The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation) summit. Partially the summit’s activities were already held in the new complex with gold dome and 20-meter columns.
Constructive and finishing works were carried out by the largest development company "Codest International". Parquet installation was made by thr ArtParquet conpany.
The design of the parquet was created under the impression of wonderful nature of the mountain country, national traditions and customs. The flooring has reflected the present day and eternity of sunny Tajikistan; the parquet has emphasised the people’s rich inner world, their customs and culture. Medallions and borders have a special place in the parquet ensemble. They do not dominate in the ensemble, but reflect oriental identity and pay a tribute to the centuries-old wisdom and unhurried way of life.
On the area of 9000 m2 one can see the elements of national costumes and industry, traditional musical instruments, pictures of Tajik artists (more than 280 premises). During seven months the world of colours and music has been created with the help of kempas, oak, walnut, merbau and maple. The compositions were harmoniously completed with Karelian birch, olive wood, wenge, lemon tree, padouk and amaranth.
Government House of the Republic of Tajikistan

Residence of Tajik President
Complicated, impressive by their immensity and extent of responsibility projects:
• the President’s Guest House (Banquet Hall, Hall of Negotiations, Hall of Signing Contracts, President’s Study, Congress-Hall, Hall with Oval Table, Room "One-on-one");
